What it does
Adds a search field at the top of the Blip Desk conversation list. As you type, the extension filters tickets in real time and hides those that do not match, leaving only the service records that contain the searched term visible. The search runs directly in the interface, without reloading the page or leaving Desk.

Requirements

- Each agent must install the Blip Desk browser extension (Chrome, Edge, Brave, or Opera). The search field appears automatically when Desk is opened.
- While the extension is not active, the search displays a notice with a link to activate it.
