What it does
Adds an integrated contact manager to Blip where you can search, edit, and organize all your chatbot's contacts. It brings together registration data, support tickets, internal comments, and the conversation history for each contact, with the option to open this view as a tab inside Blip Desk for your agents.
Key features
- Search contacts by id, phone number, email, or message content, with filtering by tags (labels/markers) and saved recent searches.
- Real-time editing of contact data (name, email, phone, document) and custom properties (extras).
- Conversation history that combines native Blip messages with messages indexed by the extension, including search within the conversation itself.
- Block and unblock contacts (a blocked contact cannot send messages or advance in the flow) and permanently delete a contact.
- Tabs for support tickets, internal team comments, and active messages per contact, as well as viewing builder variables and contact logs.
- Send active messages (campaigns) on WhatsApp using approved templates, with variables, media, and buttons.
- Import contacts via CSV file (WhatsApp or Email channel) and no-code automations through the Zapier integration.
