Blocklist

The Blocklist extension is designed to block malicious contacts so that they don't harm the working environment of companies and the day-to-day lives of customer service agents. With the extension, you can block and unblock contacts as long as they are in the Blip platform's contact database. It's also important to note that in order for the extension to work correctly, it's necessary to make a small change in the bot's Builder to indicate where the blocked contacts should be forwarded to.
