What it does
Integrates Blip with Zapier, the automation platform that connects your bot to tools like Google Sheets, Gmail, CRMs, and marketing tools. You build workflows (zaps) that react to bot events or trigger actions in Blip, linking your chatbot to the rest of your stack without writing any code.
Key features
- Send active WhatsApp messages with approved templates, variables, media (image, video, PDF), and buttons, with the option to redirect the contact to a subbot or a specific flow state.
- Create or update contacts in Blip via WhatsApp or email, including name, phone, email, document, city, and custom fields (extras).
- Log tracking events (category and action) to feed your bot's reports and analytics.
- Look up existing contacts in Blip by email or phone number to trigger conditional actions based on that data.
- Triggers that start a zap when a contact is created or updated, or when a tracking event fires.
- Search across more than 8,000 apps and ready-made integration templates, directly from the extension.
How it works
- Install the extension from the Blip Store and, on the Connection tab, copy the Bot ID and the Public Key.
- Use the Bot ID and the Public Key to authenticate Blip inside Zapier.
- For builder-type bots, connect a parent router bot with an active WhatsApp number to send active messages.
- On the My integrations tab, log in with Zapier to create and manage your zaps from the portal.
