What it does
Connects your HubSpot CRM to your Blip bot and lets you send active messages (approved WhatsApp templates) without leaving HubSpot. You trigger the message from a contact record or automatically inside a workflow, and the delivery status of each send is written back to the contact directly in the CRM.
Key features
- Individual send from the contact card: a "Send active message" button opens a panel where you choose the bot, the phone property, the approved template, and fill in the variables with contact data.
- "Send WhatsApp message" action for HubSpot workflows: the send is triggered when the workflow condition is met, enabling notifications and bulk sending.
- Lists only approved WhatsApp templates, with support for media (image, video, or PDF) and button variables.
- Post-send redirect: places the contact in a specific subbot and flow state after the message is sent.
- Status sync back to the CRM: every 20 minutes it logs the sent communication on the contact with an updated status (Sent, Delivered, Read, Failed, or Pending), associated with the responsible owner.
Requirements
- A HubSpot account with permission to authorize the integration.
- A Blip bot with a connected WhatsApp number (on the bot itself or on a router that contains it) and approved templates.
- For bulk sending, enable the custom action in HubSpot workflows.
