The VTEX Plugin for WhatsApp is an extension that provides the main advantages: Cart abandonment: The customer was looking at a product in the VTEX online store and left without buying. After a while you can set up a template for the customer to receive a personalized notification to encourage them to buy the product they were interested in. When the cart is abandoned, the user registered on the portal receives a WhatsApp notification.
