What it does
Adds bulk selection to the Blip Desk ticket list. Select multiple tickets at once and, in a single flow, transfer all of them to another queue or agent, or close them all together. Ideal for rebalancing shifts, responding to demand spikes, and covering for absent agents.
Key features
- Multiple ticket selection in the list: use Ctrl or Cmd and click to select several tickets, with a visual highlight on each selected one.
- "Select all" and "Clear selection" buttons to act on the entire queue in just a few clicks.
- Bulk transfer: redirect all selected tickets to a queue (showing the count of online agents) or to a specific agent.
- Bulk close: close multiple tickets at once, with the option to add queue tags and respecting the tag requirement configured in Blip Desk.
How it works
- Activate the extension on this bot through the settings screen in the portal.
- Install the Blip Desk browser extension (Chrome, Edge, Brave, or Opera). Each agent needs to install it individually.
- The selection and transfer buttons appear automatically when you open the Blip Desk ticket list.
