What it does
Integrates Blip with Exact Spotter (Exact Sales) to create, find, and update leads directly from bot conversations. Data captured during service feeds the CRM in real time, with no manual entry or exports.
Key features
- Creates a new lead in Exact Spotter when one does not yet exist, or updates the lead found by phone number, preventing duplicates.
- Finds a lead by email, name, phone number, or document (CPF/CNPJ) and returns the data to the conversation flow.
- Saves standard lead fields: name, phone number with country code, source and sub-source, industry, SDR email, website, product, full address, CPF/CNPJ, and description.
- Reads and fills custom fields configured in your account, including text, number, and single or multiple-choice fields.
