The extension allows the construction of FAQ skills through an intuitive interface, optimizing the structure's development time and making it easier to edit the registered content. Solution description: The Dynamic FAQ extension was developed with the aim of building and using FAQ's in a practical, agile manner, with less dependence between specialties. The plugin enables the creation, editing and maintenance of FAQ content and the configuration of a reliability score. The reliability score is used to validate the level of confidence, via Fuzzy Match, that the user's input must reach in order to be identified as one of the registered subjects.
