What it does
During chatbot service, the extension saves the data captured in the conversation directly to your Bitrix24. Based on the information collected, the flow creates leads, contacts, and companies in the CRM and links those records together whenever the data is available.

- Lead creation in Bitrix24 with title, name, company, address, and city from the conversation
