What it does
Integrates Blip with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using secure sign-in through your Microsoft account. From chatbot conversations, the extension creates and updates leads in Dynamics, logs the service history, and embeds Blip Desk directly inside Dynamics 365.

Requirements
- A Microsoft Dynamics 365 account and your Dynamics Host address (e.g., yourorg.crm2.dynamics.com).
- Sign in with your Microsoft account when installing the extension.
- To use Blip Desk inside Dynamics, download the Power Apps solution generated by the extension and import it into your environment, following the step-by-step guide on the Desk installation screen.
